We are looking for a highly accomplished online marketing manager. Who is interested in user acquisition and engagement and want to take the challenge to improve both user experience as a whole as well as managing and improving the conversion funnel.
This position will drive acquisition strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across multiple channels, including search (organic and paid), online media, direct response email and more. Success will require application of critical thinking with creativity and the production of new materials from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Own website and automated marketing infrastructure (email marketing, SEO/SEM, Salesforce, WordPress). Analyze Capptain data to create content (blog posts, case studies and press releases)
Own User Engagement
Co-owns User Experience
Budget drafting and execution
Identify and test new online marketing strategies and channels
Define and develop marketing content to support sales and support teams
Maintain Capptain online presence via relevant blogs or social media
Requirements:
2 – 5 years of online or agency marketing experience
B2B experience is a nice to have
English fluent (written, oral)
Outstanding written communication skills
Strong capacity of interacting with software development team and good understanding of web integration issues and APIs
Masters SEO, SEM, lead generation, content development, A/B testing
Strong sense for ergonomics and user experience.
Strong analytic skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools, web analytics, and web services (emailing, surveys, forms…)
Enthusiastic with a desire to work in a startup environment and a record of strong achievement
